Description Moreta happily lets Damion hold her youngest daughter, he looks less than thrilled about it, he doesn't like babies so it's amazing she even got him to hold Cynthia XD.

In one of my future stories I planned on if he doesn't end up with a partner Moreta enlists him to become a guardian/protector for her youngest daughter Cynthia.

This picture is in the future, the war he was stuck in has ended but his face never healed back the same, it has healed up so badly it has dragged the skin downwards, so even if he wanted to smile he has a crooked one, also at one point he lost half his horn, his left eye also goes blind in this story but as I'm not very good at colouring blind eyes I left it red for now.

Well.... he had been evading Moreta, all the times she came over with her for him to meet the child he would be entrusted to protect. This one time Moreta was lucky and caught him, I picture she just gave the baby over to him and he just awkwardly took hold XD. So he is now looking to her like "okay, now what..."

Every time I look at this, I break out laughing from the contrast between their faces and his. The corners of his mouth are disappearing down his neck... Wonderful emotional presence all over.

And opposite that (her) unveiled enthusiasm (and the detail of one fang in that huge grin). I can almost hear her babbling. X3

Observations: His arms look a bit long, and the line of her neck could be moved to the left a little. I like the folds in the fabric though... I have trouble getting stuff like that to look right. :/

hehehe I am glad it gave you a good laugh, my humor doesn't always succeed XD.

but this one, I saw it in my head and just had to get it out, his expression was just so much fun to play with. He is usually the scowly sort anyway but this situation made it all the more fun XD.

She is a very happy little thing and in this AU I think she was needed for him as I forgot to mention in the description that the reason he ends up with nobody was actually because he WAS with somebody, a very close friend of his but she ends up being killed, he doesn't handle it too well and isolates himself from Mobius and retreats to Moreta's homeworld instead (quite a contrast there, him fleeing to her world while she had to flee to his homeworld).

She wants him to become her daughters protector and multiple times to had come to his dwelling to let him meet her but every time he is evasive. So in this picture she finally corners him XD.

Ooooh thanks, yeah his arm is supposed to be long as he is abnormally tall, with long limbs (such a pain in the arse to get to look right)
So I suppose that is good to hear as my anatomy studies make me struggle to draw abnormal limbs as I keep wanting to 'correct' them XD.

I see what you mean there too, she is supposed to have her head tilted sideways slightly but yeah I can see her neck could shift over a bit more thanks .

gah! thanks, I know that pain! whenever I do fabric folds it looks like total rubbish, so hearing that is definitely supportive, thanks .

I don't know what's going on in Damion's head right now... but I'd probably be thinking it, too.
I don't mind babies and young kids, I just don't want to be even remotely responsible for them, and that includes holding.

I sorta pictured him thinking "you really trust me to hold this child?" or "now what?" He wouldn't have offered to hold the baby so no doubt Moreta sorta shoved the child at him, probably because she was reaching for him XD.

the baby doesn't look at all bothered by it, Cynthia is just a happy little bundle of joy XD I picture her getting rather attached to her grumpy protector when she gets older.

hahaha he can't stand babies but with this story he learns to make an exception, besides him being Cynthia's protector doesn't involve baby sitting, he doesn't start keeping an eye on her until she is a bit older.

Sometimes characters are hard to 'age' really. xD I mean, for me, I just add wrinkles onto Layla-Ne and or Wildfire if they're middle aged or so. My men are easier to age as I just add beards and whatever. xP Women? not so much. I think she wouldn't age all that much anyways--didn't you say she can live for years? She is unicorn/dragon/echidna after all.

hmm that is true if her dragon side didn't play into it age wise her unicorn part probably would but I like to try and limit her unicorn part to just her magic, so it would probably be her dragon part that was responsible.

Well I gave her some bags under her eyes anyway, because if she is still Queen I am sure the stress of that must be getting to her by now.
