Description I dont think if you can tell, but I tried a more paint-ery style, though I think its too textured for you to really see the mixing of colours and stuff

Aw well, pretty proud of how this came out.
Lineart as always was a pain, since I do not in anyway have steady hands, but I started actually using the rotate feature on Sai and it helped.

I'm very impressed with the texturing, it's light enough that it isn't overpowering like most that I see. I think my main critique here is the character's hair, the light colored part shouldn't be that much shorter than the dark, try and blend it some

Though what do you mean about the light part?
As in the yellow hairs?
Cause those are supposed to be the character's highlights, so I didn't blend them in since it's dyed

Well his hair's supposed to be like that
I think it's like his hair is in layers, and the short pieces of hair were dyed in a star shaped.
I just followed the ref.

there's a way to fix that in Sai, there's the stabilizer, it helps with lineart, but you need to have patience when using it XD

i see XD, before, i used to take around 3 days to draw, but now, using a new technique i learned XD it takes me 6 hours or more, at most 1 day i guess, depends on the pic though XD
