yeah :3, another one that i can fav,and yeah his nose looks very real, but i don't see hate or despair, i see him tired, this made me remember when i was on physiotherapy, they made me sit in a small metal tub, with a motor thing, that was pouring hot water to my body, creating a stream of hot water in the tub, the water was up to my neck and i was completely naked.
There is no fog in your picture, but the metal surface gives me the impression of steam in the room.

I really like the texture and his face, it looks like real, something in the eyes is incredibly creepy. If we're not supposed to think of "the cell", than what is the story behind this? Not that I normally ask such crappy questions, but since you made the comparison... though here he looks like he has closed himself here and just needs to get away, listen to the water pouring to vent his rage or hatred to someone or even more probable - himself.

Looks great, I like how you used only a few colors to make it, it adds a lot more. And the cool colors convey emotion well. I really like the anatomy and his face~.
