The no.20 is...Scarlett.
I loved this villainess genius girl. It's because she is the best villainess in the show ever! So, she likes to invent the technology, and being the true evil form is amazing. And I hated it when Max called her, "a sidekick"! No way! So, she needs to have a new genius partner instead of Max. I guess that she looks so cool now. And I guess that my TDPI Ranking in history is almost over. So, she would be in the 4th place in my list, and three more will coming soon.

I like her too. I gotta say, it was pretty clever of her to hide her true colors until the end and the last minute. She played her cards well. If you ask me, she's also like an evil counterpart of Izzy.
