Yeah, my tablet broke in January so I've been taking extra hours at work. School also started for me so I've been pretty busy with classes.Β

Thankfully I've worked out my schedule to have a bit more free time and I'm starting to use the wacom tablets in my school until I can get my new one. I'm thinking of getting a cintiq since I almost have enough money for it.

Yeah it's a good substitute. It's a lot smaller compared to my old Huion tablet, but after adjusting the settings I got used to it very quickly. I tried connecting my school's Cintiq Pro 16 onto my Dell Laptop, but I don't have the right usb port for it (Cintiq uses usb c, but my laptop has ucb a). I might just buy the converter since I'm getting a Cintiq in the future anyway.
Still, it's nice to spend time drawing. You get better the more you practice~
