I'm sorry Dx sounds like you and flan are not on good terms. I'm that way with those stupid flowers in FFX that cast sleep on you and just pummel your team cuz you can't fight back DX

Yeah. Dragon*Con usually has a whole lotta entrants so it's pretty dense competition. I think there were at least twice the people at Hamacon, and most of them more experienced. So I usually go there just to exhibit costumes and not so much hoping to win.

Definitely. Maybe next next year. I don't think I'm attending next year since I'm going to try to do MTAC and AWA instead. Never gone to either of those and it's more focused on anime and things that I like rather than just everything. So yeah.

I'm hoping to at least go to AWA next year. I've never been to a big con (seeing as I've only been to Kami-con and Hama-con xD) but I'd like to go to a big con like that sometime. Seems like bigger cons have a lot of things but they can cater to almost everything that everyone likes xD

Awesome~~ I hope to see you there. XD I've never been to a big only anime convention so that's pretty exciting. Much better than just one hall down in the basement of a hotel at Dragon*Con. There's lots of lines, but then again, when you have 40000 people concentrated in one place, lining is just what you do. Like planking and owling. XD

Yeah, it sounds awesome. I know there were a bunch of cool famous people that went (I would have really liked to meet the cast of The Guild xD). And that is a LOT of people. Haha, well, at least it was organized chaos xD

I've played and beaten FFX many times, and it is the only FF game I've ever gotten into. I once tried out FFX and just...could not get past the opening video. x_x

I absolutely love FFX! It never gets boring. I actually haven't made it through FFX-2... I think I almost got done with it but I just couldn't do it. I couldn't get into it as much as FFX.

One thing I really love about FFX besides the characters is the landscapes! My favorite areas are Besaid Island, Kilika, and the Calm Lands.

I love the landscapes too! There is just so much attention to detail. I love those areas! Especially Besaid, because of the background music. Spira Unplugged is probably my favorite background music in the game! I also love the music in the Calm Lands (:

Yes, the detail is very well-done! And I am just a sucker for beautiful landscapes and tropical settings. Besaid and Kilika certainly makes me think of one of my stories, scenery-wise.

I love game designers that put so much thought and detail into their works. It just makes it that much more enjoyable. I agree, tropical settings are gorgeous!

I also love how the game feels and plays like a movie. The cut-scenes are amazingly cinematic and the English voice-acting is top-notch.

I agree. I'm a huge fan of the voice actors in FFX. And, unlike a lot of more recent FF games, there aren't too many cutscenes. I don't feel like I'm having story lines thrown at me every five minutes.
