Description

I had started to color this but then got sidetracked by something else, so I'm just going to post the original, since I don't know when I'll finish coloring... Anyway, I wanted to take another stab at drawing the Beyond uniforms and of course, our boys together. I think there's a feeling of love and protectiveness here, like the two of them are facing down some challenge and Jim is steady in the captain's chair while Spock (a touch-sensitive species!) is as close to Jim as he can get. There to comfort him. There to die for him, if necessary.
This came together pretty well (thank god for picture references) but I couldn't quite get Jim's expression for a while. Also, foreshortening (my nemesis, I swear) made drawing arms rather difficult. I am very attached to how Spock's hair turned out, though. I love it being a little untidy
