I don't think you suck at all! This is a gorgeous piece of artwork, and I love the color tones! Both pokemon have a regal, sort of magestic look to them, and I love how the Leafeon's tail is sort of flowing, while the Glaceon is stone-still as if it were made of ice. The texture is beautiful as well, and I love that ice rose in the centre.
