Here's the last FA award. It's a little late, but thankfully the FA mod was willing to wait for it.If you didn't know, this is from the chapter where Sesshoumaru makes a sacrifice to save Rin. There was A LOT of character development for him, and we finally found out his true feelings for Rin.

Just one of my favourite drawings to this scene. I just got the Book from the series that had this part in it and I cry everytime I read it or watch the episode. So beautiful of a scene. Rin just breaks some of the iciness around his heart after she comes into his life. Right when I watched the show I hoped that someone would come into his life to help that melt that obvious iciness that was there. Definantly one of my favourite images draw for this scene.

I'm glad Rin came into Sesshomaru's life on a small leave he gained some humanity. There is one episode where this really strong preist takes Rin and tries to distroy Sesshy and fails. When Rin and Sesshy rejoin Jaken and Ah-Un, Rin asks Sesshomaru that when she dies that he would always remember her; and he says rediculous with a soft look on his face. It really show how much he really cares about her. It's so cute.

This has a great sense of mood to it. And I like the sword in the foreground... I have noticed that you draw 90% of your stuff in the computer...I would maybe suggest doing work in pen and ink, or even pencil and scanning it in. It adds a whole new dimension to your line, that you simply can't achieve in the computer (some folks come close, but I dunno...I'm partial to the traditional drawing techniques). I like the color composition in this, but maybe you could vary the intensity, to give it more of a sense of depth...just a suggestion.

That was a great chapter and you captured it perfectly. Sesshoumaru feels things so deeply but is able to mask his feelings so well most of the time. Its always a treat to see him when his guard is down. He is alot more like his father than he cares to admit.

When i read that chapter of the manga i almost cried.. Rins his little girl and i bet he would have hurt his mother if she hadn't saved her in the end -.- poor sessho ^-^ Beautyful pic
