Ah, so this is the award base for the Best Oneshot Award at Feudal Association. It's one of the most recent manga chapters, Chapter 465, where Naraku kills off Kikyou for good, and she dies in Inuyasha's arms. He gives her his farewell kiss before she fades away forever. I chose to draw the moment inbetween their kiss as a 'one shot' because Inuyasha is never going to see her again, and this is his last chance to tell her how he feels.Awww...I'm a sucker for tragic romance!
Anyway, this was done in Photoshop CS. It took me almost the entire day back and forth at work.

I was never a fan of Kikyou and Inu-Yasha (and I still ain't. nevah ._.) but I can make an expection once in a while, just because I love your art.
This is really pretty ^-^ I wasn't that sad when she died (again) because I knew she had to go eventually, since even she herself said that the dead were not meant to walk across the world of the living (not just saying that because I don't like her)
But I still like the pic. :3
