Okay so I remember looking at this piece a long time ago (always admiring this work) and here I am today researching an artist for class, and guess what? One of them is Giorgio de Chirico (for artists we went over in class).
I liked his style so I thought I'd do it, so I came back here... and it turns out you were inspired by him as well.

Yes, very de Chirico, but with even more accentuated perspectives, making the tiny figure overwhelmed by the vastness of it all. I like it.
