Description 104 - Poxide
(Pox + Oxide)
The Explosive Flask Pokemon
Type: Poison/Fire
Gender Ratio: (M)50% (F)50%
Abilities: Aftermath, Chemical Fire
Evolutions: Evolves from Vilurst after using Explosion in battle and knocking out a wild Pokémon.
Gender Differences: Male Poxide  have two stripes on their head. Female Poxide have one thick stripe on their head.)
(The Poxide above is Male.)
Dex Entry:
Having gained a greater control over its' explosive tendencies, Poxide is able to build up immense pressure inside its' flask-like arms, and fire poisonous and combustible liquids like a cannon. The gasses released from its' two openings are highly toxic, and deadly to living things, making this Pokémon extremely dangerous. Research is being done to help keep Poxide from causing irreversible damage, without forcing it to build up pressure and cause harm to itself either. If pressure builds up too long inside its' body, it will explode, creating a much more dangerous explosion than normal.

---
New/Signature Ability:
Chemical Fire -
This Pokémon has a 10% chance to either Poison or Burn its' battle opponent whenever its' physical moves or the opponent's physical moves hit.

---
New/Signature Attack:
Chain Reaction -
Dual-Typed Poison and Fire Move
PP: 20
Power: 25
Acc: 85%
Effect: Using this move multiple times increases its' power by 10 every time it is used. This effect resets if the attack misses.
If the opponent Pokémon is Burned or Poisoned, this move's power will increase by 25 each time it is used instead.

---
Design Reference:
Poxide is based off of a double-necked Florence Flask, though the second neck can't be seen from the angle Poxide is currently shown at.

Poxide has 3 painted on skull shapes, which are a reference to Koffing and Weezing from Pokémon Red and Blue. Vilurst also shares this design trait.
