*Ballphin and Phenominecho are based off of Dolphins, and the fact that they're typically revered for having high intellect. These two also came about because of how many Pokémon fans wanted a Dolphin Pokémon, but never got one yet. So I'm delivering on what Pokémon games haven't done yet. Also, since the region is half based on Florida, it wouldn't be right to not have a Dolphin monster in the game.
