I usually just remember some dynamic poses ive seen from cartoons, movies, etc.  If I really run into an issue, Ill recreate the pose in front of a mirror.  But I loved your design.  Love sci-fi samurai/knight designs.

I'm incredibly glad you like it so much! Altanus is a man of action, cuz when he talks, he confuses people with philosophical ruminations cuz he's a badass, so it fits him well. May I use this as part of my ref? I'm making a detailed spreadsheet. x3
