i find this concept interesting, funny, and ironic. it made me think of the time my friend(i guess) were at a new years party and me and my friends were drinking and it felt like he would give me and my friends dirty looks and when we were near him drinking he would need to leave, and would use me as a scape goat on why he was not happy because i was 'underage'(also noting i drinking only sparingly and responsibly). though a few hours later he would rave about coffee yelling "coffee, coffee, coffee" (if you or any one reading this don't know caffeine is considered a drug).
but thats what think this would mean. sorry if it didn't and i wasted your time, though its an interesting image either way.
