The nose, and the lip is kinda funky.
I was so going to fave this til I saw the fullview...
It's great, don't get me wrong, but I just don't fave when I have even the slightest hesitation...

Hmm.
Nose--the shading is just very sharp. Like, on the bridge, it's just a sudden line, you know? It's really well done where the shadow is, but there needs to be some gradual shift. Obviously, it'll suddenly get to his skin tone, but there needs to be a little shift.
Lip--it's the bottom. The lines. Lip lines, in the middle of one's lip, can be fairly noticeable... but that just totally popped out at me. I'm not sure if it's because the color you used was too dark or if you made them weirdly shaped, but something just seems off.
And if none of this has helped, I'm sorry to have wasted your time...

I tried bluring it but it didnt seem to really help.. maybe I should just post the pic I used as refrance. Anyway thank you for the constructive crit, always more helpfull than oh thats good.

This is referring to the fullview, recall. It all looks awesome, even the nose, really, at the smaller view.

I noticed 2 things that need to be done, the lip is out of place and the eyebrow needs slight adjustment. other than that
