I wonder if he's still alive? I think he would be perfect for one of my ideas in the future. A hack and slash game for PS3, 360, Wii U, PSVita, and 3DS.

Well the original Flip the Frog was a 30's cartoon character created by Ub Iwerks (the real artist who created Mickey Mouse's look.)

BUT
Artist Eric Schwartz borrowed the character for some new cartoons he made on his computer, check one out here.
