Well, his taunts and final smash are different, he uses the Electroshock Arm instead of the Upperdash Arm, and his Silver Bow arrows deal 1% more damage than Pit's.

And Pac-Man uses items from classic Namco games, like he uses the four ghosts as Smash attacks, his Up Special uses the trampoline from Mappy, and his Standard Special uses the fruits from the original Pac-Man game.

Dark Pit's arrows can't change their direction as easily and his side-B is an Electro Dash Arm instead of regular Pit's UpperDash Arm.

Pac-Man on the other hand can fling his iconic 8-bit fruit, create a Fire Hydrant hazard that sprays water, and chomp on his opponents.
