And here he is: Casual Chris - as featured in "Morning Coffee" -After all, what's nicer and more comfy than a t-shirt and a pair of jeans!
And yes, I imagine him a dog person. 
He's rigged on his original "Warrior" bones (conveniently renamed) - and he's coming to you in four t-shirts/colours - blue, ochre, black and this light grey (S.T.A.R.S.) (as shown above). Instructions are attached.More information, copyright and credits in the README file.

Important note to mesh-modders / (esp. head-swappers)
:This is RE5 Chris. He's big buff very buff. Consider this carefully if you're going for a head-swap.

though I'm sort of new to all of this, is it possible to use this in maya and how exactly would I import the file you have for download in maya, I'm sort of finding way to many speed bumps and cant get the model up and running :/

Have you got any unpacker installed on your computer at all?
-> .rar and .zip files are both most common archive files - so no matter which extraction tool you're using (winrar, winzip or others; I use winrar), they'll all be able to handle both (as well as many more).

ok. this is nothing 3d specific or whatever.
unpacker = archive tool.
archive = a folder in which you put stuff and crunch it to a smaller size, which is more convenient for data exchanges.
in web slang, they're called packers or unpackers. just google for winrar or winzip. they're freeware but need to be downloaded and installed onto your computer.

Hello, I did used this mod, by the way thanks ffor this, I'll credit you for it,
but on question, why I render it in Blender 2.63, his skin looks like, some kind of skin disease..? It's normal in XPS, but in Blender.... SO AWFUL! Why??? (I'm new here)

I assume blender must have either assigned the wrong normals or lightmaps to the textures or there is an additional function that enables adding another pattern or relief on top of everything.
I haven't worked with v2.63 yet, so I'm afraid I can't help you find what to look for - but it should be somewhere around the material or image options.

I see. I followed the tuts from XNAlara Customized. I got no problem with other mods, except some mods when being open in the XPS, their tongue would disappear, unlike when I see the mods preview I saw before I download them. :/ And sec prob, the weird rendered.

All my rigs are done for XNALara - not XPS.
As for Blender, I use v2.49.

Verdammt, ich freu mich schon echt auf seinen Auftritt in RE6. Andererseits werd' ich auch ziemlich angepisst sein falls die es wirklich durchziehen werden, Leon in RE6 sterben zu lassen. -.-

Ist kein Spoiler. Es ist nähmlich nur ein Gerücht.
Und ehrlich gesagt halte ich dieses Gerücht für unglaubwürdig. DIe haben zwar angekündigt das die zukünftigen Spiele immer weniger mit den vorherigen Teilen zu tun haben soll, aber es spielen ohnehin nur 2 - 3 alte Charaktere mit. Da lohnt es sich gar nicht mehr einen mehr wegzunehmen.
