This is the dragon template I'm using for my next digital art project. No, I'm not yet to the point where I can start from scratch on a digital canvas... One day, perhaps. But for now, I work from a starting point like this.I'm planning to lengthen the image area so it's long and narrow, and in the background I'm going to manipulate and stitch together some of my photos of clouds, and do other designy things besides. Should be interesting...
...And it's gonna have to wait for a week or so, because my tablet JUST DIED. Yes, I've tried reloading the software and powering down the hardware and all that good stuff. I'm miffed. It *would* pick a time when I'm working under a deadline, wouldn't it...

Heh, the sharp outlines make it look rather like tattoo art.
I really like this. The wings really contrast with the soft tail and it does good visual things.
