I did most of the initial drawing over lunch periods at work, then I inked this guy during ConQuesT over the weekend.

I hope that you do post eventually. I love to see the way different people color these designs. I find it inspirational for my own coloring work. You guys always think of color schemes that never occur to me!

I'm keeping this one in mind to color the next time I'm bored.
It'd be nice to see a lineart of my version of Genbu (which I will never find) and a tiger with a kitten (for Byakko and his ward, Himapata) so I can complete my High Kings collection.

I'm really liking the background.
How is the body curving? I can't really tell.

The bit which would be the rump on an animal with back legs is on the inside of the loop on the left. Hard to describe in words. The fringes on the tail also make the second bend unclear; it actually twists so that the belly side is up, but the twist happens behind the tail. Stupid on my part since it's unclear.
