Description I drew this one with colored pencil. I used as my sorce a photo by Daniel Woods from the cover of his book on Wolves.

I did my best to enhance the colors so there was more yellow, blue and pink then there was in the photo.

Nice job with the color--I bet it was fun to use bolder hues than the original and still make it a natural-looking piece. Very soft and warm looking image!

it was fun, but also tireing...i had to pause every once in a while in fear of messing up from doing too much fur strokes...and I have had people try and pet them. *hehe* Thanks again!

Wow this is awesome! Colored pencils are complicated, at least I think. I always have trouble with white, because if you put a color in it, it can't be white again But anyways nice job! The fur looks great

I was taught that if you do you're best to let the white of the paper be your 'white' as you're drawing, it then helps with muff-ups and looks more natural.
But there are times that I color in the white. It's really nice with fur, cause then all the little flecs of pencil colors you didn't see blend into the picture with the white, and poof! You now have added shadows to your fur that you didn't even plan on!
That's what i like to do, you should try it!

I actually didn't use Jocarra's image, though it's very close. I used the photo off of Daniel Woods cover for his book on wolves. I finally remembered where I got the picture and who it belongs to!

Thanks. The original photo was mainly brown, black and white, so i thought the color would be cool. Neon... yeah, it does. Glad you like it!
