Cool! How did you get the rain effect? I've tried, but mine doesn't come out that way I want it to. Do you have any suggestions?

The rain effects, the background, the ripple/reflection, your character...
The only thing that bothers me is your character's torso (thorax, in bug terms) seems a little too thick. Maybe I missed that part of the design in your other drawings, but..yeah.
Other than that little detail, this is great~

And I know the drawing of the scyther itself is really screwed up, I just didn't have the time/patience to fix it. I need to practice drawing them more.
