So they're definitely intelligent, but just not there, physically? I know how that feels...
...But still. Why can't they be in the guild? You can't just have a bunch of teams that brute force their way through every problem. And presumably, teams get training of some kind. No team starts out perfect... And something like battling style or reaction, time, that's something you can improve with training and discipline. The ability to memorize? Yeah, you can work on that if you're not good at it, but it's a lot harder...

They do train, but in this comic it's a lot harder to get in to do even that, and they have to be good at more than just one thing.
