Are you specific with the pattern, as in, every spot is specifically designed? Or is it just a general design for people to go after?

It's a general design. I sort of make the edge between the colors first with a shaky hand, then i fill in one side and draw dots along the other. Bigger circles are closer to the line. 

Just most people seem to have no idea how to do it So they just tap dots everywhere on like 50% opacity. I don't mind, it's interesting to see, but still
