looks great... that real urban feel, grey and cold.
and the grafiti adds a good amount of text rue and color.
complimenting the blue in her jeans.
and the ever so slight smirk and confidence in her eye is a nice added touch.

For some reason I have this feeling this photo was manipulated just a little bit. It's not exactly emotional, but it does stand out in its own way. For instance, the bicycle's color and her color stand out from the background. And as an add on to the colors, they are very bright and attractive. I like it.

i added contrast and borders , obviously , to the picture , but otherwise the picture hasn't been manipulated .
and yeah , i had some difficulties deciding which category to put this picture into , because i wasn't sure whether the picture is more focused on the character and her background or the setting , since they both play an important role in it . (:
