At first I thought of a straight-up mermaid cowboy, but then I thought of twisting it around with a mermaid-themed cowboy! Perhaps they where a mermaid that journeyed to land and found love in the wild west! I had a lot of fun with the color scheme, warm golds and browns are my favorite ~
