The moment I laid my eyes on this piece, it was obvious to me that an astonishing amount of effort, time, and patience was needed to complete this work. The way the implied light of the background bounces off of the cat's fur was so cleanly done, and the detail found in the eyes is so precise and awe-inspiring. Oftentimes, the background of an art piece can be neglected and, therefore, the result is a mediocre work. However, that is not the case with "That Dreamy Look in Your Eye." The background compliments the main subject with its simplicity and its own subtle beauty. I also believe that the artist kept a secret story in mind while creating this work. The dreamy mood that the artist may or may have not intended, most definitely shine come through, and I savor it. Although I do indeed agree with RambitionRW, who suggested the fact that it could use some edits, as she said, "...no one has perfect art..." and I also am looking forward to seeing more from the artist.

Overall, I think that this is not merely a "piece of art," but more-so, a "masterpiece." Stunning job. Fave! And I'll be watching you.... O.o... ^.^

This is a gorgeous piece of art, the time and effort really shows. The lights which reflect from the feline's fur add a sense of beauty to the picture and this entire piece is so bright, calm and fresh that it catches the eye with such ease. However, perhaps getting rid of, or blurring in the outlines around the mouth and eyes would make it look even better. The beauty is somewhat taken down a peg by the white lines on the face outlining the mouth. The fur details are amazing and the eyes are simply breathtaking. It looks like they are really day dreaming or spacing out and that takes some real quality and effort.
