try to donΒ΄t use a small typographic, maybe will be hard to read if is so small, a logo need to be easy to remember and that work in all sizes, that is important for a company the easy interaction image- company.

I would have a better opinion if I know what's the company about. In a vaccum, #4 for me.

well... I can't say that I like one better than the other. From the point of view of a graphic designer though, I do have some suggestions. It's a little hard to read ICT in most of them, but specially in number 3, where I read an "E" instead of ICT, and number 5, where you can read LCT.
Also, the font you've used to write "internet present". I don't know what this company is about, but I'm guessing it has something to do with internet , so I'd stay away from serif fonts, and try to use more modern ones, just to stay within the comunicational code.
If I have to choose one from this, I'll probably go with number 4. Not because is the most attractive one, but because it's the most pregnant one. I would twitch that C a little, it looks big in comparison; and leave the cut in the I OR the arc to the right, but not both since I can't see any relation beetwen them.
After saying all this, bare in mind that the beauty of design is that there isn't a "right" path, and every designer work in a different way. I tryed to give suggestions based in a pragmatic point of view. Hope it works for you!
