very beautiful... i like the dark version better and it might have been more beautiful -in my opinion- if the Projects and News areas background were a lighter color than the background. never the less its very professional and nicely done

My thoughts exactly. Those curvy and tilted info boxes look nice on paper, but are practically impossible to implement.
Let alone change the content of the block, without messing up the layout.
Other than that, great design.
And I would prefer the black version, as the photos pop out more.

Really like your layout. It provides the usual frames, but in an unusual way
Only comment: I would move the "info frame" (blue, top left) behind the banner so the topbottom round corner is hidden.
