I decided to try my hand at coloring it because jumping on this ship is pretty hard to resist and I know that if I tried to draw these two myself right now I would have worked hours and hours on the base sketch only to STILL not come up with a drawing at the same level of fluidity as hers. Goodness knows I can’t draw poses as dynamic and flowing as Burdge’s, but damn am I working on it! xD She says it’s okay to color her things so long as you credit her, but it still feels kind of weird just doing it without asking… anyway Burdge if you see this I do hope it’s okay with you xD

Sorry about the messy shading, I’ll clean it up later when I have more time and am not being crushed by homework. x); I worked on this in the early hours of the morning because I figured, hey, if I have to stay up late to work on homework, it’s only fair I get to work on my own stuff, too! That way I get to do what interests me, I get to be productive with homework, and everybody wins! And then I realized that I was losing anyway, because of my lack of sleep x) But well whatever, I’ll lose either way, so I’d rather it be this way. xD

One last note: I just loved the way she drew the characters like this as opposed to making out or something. This representation fits Mako and Korra’s current relationship in the show a lot better, and I like that. :]

Anyway, that’s all I have to say on it. I hope you like it xD
