Birthplace: Masteria City
Family: Spirit (bio mom), Darius (bio dad), Drathir (adoptive father), Kuro (adoptive brother)

Personality: Upbeat, bubbly, carefree
Appearance: White hedgehog with long hair, and blue eyes; bangs that nearly cover her left eye. She wears her blue rings at all times.
Likes: Sweets (primarily cake and chocolate), fruits, the outdoors, friendly people, plushies and cute things, being on her own
Dislikes: Storms, dark places, bugs, spicy food, big dresses (thanks to Drathir), being cooped up and rude people
Hobbies: Cooking, Games, Exploring
Love Interest(s): Strife the Hedgehog

Powers: Energy control and manipulation
Abilities: Light on her feet, Long-Mid ranged based energy attacks
Weakness: Physically weak (physical attacks do high damage), corrupt energy, weapons

History/Bio:
Rae was found as a baby by Drathir left by the White Lake in the Masteria City shrine. She was brought up as his own daughter living a high class life which included tutors, dance lessons, etiquette, ect.
Her powers were often unstable as a child and when emotional would get out of control causing her to run rampant in fits of anger or distress seemingly acting like another personality entirely.
As she grew older her powers became a bit more managable through the rings she wears that were created by Drathir.

She is very sheltered and was not often allowed outside the grounds. Her father keep close eye on her and after Kuro was taken in he never left her side. However, she loved to sneak out and explore the city resulting in her being abducted when she was 9.
She grew up reading books and watching movies so her knowledge on somethings are a bit off. After she meets Strife she leave home with him and goes off on ADVENTUREESSSS /derp
