That's a great one! Composition looks pretty good, though there are some things I'd like to point out. This is more like a poster for a movie, or a comic book, but there is a feeling that we need some space on the left and on the right. Especially for the figure on the bottom-right, there are not enough space. Also, the size of characters descends, and Catwoman almost asks for her to be smaller if we look at Bane->Batman. It won't be her real size, but the segment with her and Batman on the ground takes like 50 percent of the poster, which is too much IMO. Though with her smaller that would be better to add more characters and this will seriously change the composition.
The Bane looks powerful enough, a little different angle with lower camera (but thats nitpicking) would make him even more dangerous + more shadows/highlights like in trailer episodes about sewers. He is very bright compared to others. And maybe some background could work too, thought of course it may be a place for title.
I like the pose of the Cat and her overall look, the only thing is her boots. I remember the Michelle Pfeiffer one, which was fully in black leather, the ones in video games and the new one is in black too. Not sure about her look in comics, maybe its ok now.
And the Dark knight himself is the best, highlights are great, the costume looks white though. I understand that with pencis you have just 2 colors, but a little more shadow under the cape would be nice.

Well Bane was supose to be like a pasted figure behind them and not on the, maybe that was not well done, about Cat costume she is wearing kind of a mix. I though about adding a title but that would look weird.

great work! the shading and poses (of all the characters) is great! although, i'd make Batman's eyes a bit bigger (just my opinion). also, the movie is really great!
