Not quite Silent Hillish enough for the theme.... Normally there's very little in the way of sky activity except maybe in Downpour. At night, there really isn't a sky at all, just eerie pitch blackness. Lightning would also imply impending thunder, which would break the silence that is supposed to accompany the series.
