My only complaint is her eyes: They give off that its more shocked/cross eyed than pure berserk.

Perhapse the white in the eyes should be replaced with bright red, giving better contrast with blue.

I know I ain't any good at this, but I know the theory of it: keep the iris (blue bits) from touching the top or bottom of the eyes, and keep them centered. This gives her a more intense expression.
