Watercolor art I did for fun. (Though I really should be working on my concentrations. >.-.>;; )Obviously, I was inspired once again by one of Amano's pieces, "Guin Saga", so I drew a watercolor art based on it. Click here
I know I ain't good at watercolors, but it's actually one of my most favorite mediums, so I love painting with them. I know you can see many errors on this (or at least I do), but I'm OK with it. I'm happy it didn't come out too bad.
Yeah, you can tell I changed up Nidhogg's twin swords a little, but not much. I don't really have a definate design of his swords anymore, I keep changing them too much to fit my satisfaction. But as usual, I'm an insatiable bastard.

Damn man, you did a hell of a hood job with the watercoler. It is a pretty cool medium, and Nidhogg looks damn sexy with the pose and sword. Yeah the sword looks a lil different, I still thank it is great! Hope to see more of him, *Winks* Lots more.

The watercolours are pretty nice! A bit similar to markers in saturation, but they dont leave these awful lines as markers (MY markers DX) do!
Though, my eyes see minor anatomical issues on thy picture... the arms perspective is a bit disproportional. But such perspective is pretty hard to make so no wonder it can get a bit screwed at times...

It's very good. I love the work on the water colours and how he does look very alive... keep up the great work. I've been trying to find a way to use simplier linework because I find that using colour to get the effect of value or whatever is much better then using dark ink then what Patrick normally does.
I'm looking forward to recieveing those 2 commisions I bought from you a year and a bit ago when I go home on June 27th. Catch you later bro

Well, the watercolours are surely very well done!! The simpler lineart is very pretty and your character is not "overloaded" with detail this time. The colours to the job about "how to make him appear alive"!! ^..^ And I can tell: this is by far one of the best NIDHOGG's ever!

Erm, thanks...I do agree this is one of the better drawings of Nidhogg. For once I actually drew his updated face simplistically, yet keeping all the details intact.
