This looks like the old Eohippus .. the Dawn Horse!
~~ with a few modifications, of course.
These guys were around back in the day of Nazca, and so on .. ((that space my brain gets stuck in!!)) .. *checks brain to see if it is thinking Nazca thoughts or paying attention*

The only thing I was thinking about when I invented this thing was how I felt while riding my bicycle. :/ Sorry, that's not a very mystical answer.

Eohippus was also called "the dawn horse" .. was one of the early mammals .. and was the size of a dog.
They fourished, and all modern horses today are descended from them.
It is recorded in some place that the horse of Alexander the Great was a throwback to this ancient heritage, because, although he was full sized, he had toes for his feet, not hooves.
Your critter is very interesting in many ways! I am glad you drew him!!
