Zepharo stood up shortly after the song had begun. Rookies bridle in hand, polish and brush at his feet. His eyes were stuck on the arena were he could ee a figure upon a larger horse performing.

He had never heard the song before, but it touched him in a way he never thought music ever could. He stood frozen, beads of moisture tugging at his eyes, his heart aching. He was barely aware of Rookies soft whicker and acted only on instinct by scratching her nose, when her head was placed on his shoulder.

He listened until the song was over before putting the bridle on it's hook and walking over to the competitor as he left the arena.

"I'm sorry to interupt, but that song. It was amazing. The way you two worked with it... I can only imagine its meaning to you."

He paused at a loss for words before taking teh strangers hand and shaking it firmly.

"I just wanted to tell you that was completely breathtaking."

He smiled as best he could without looking creepy, than returned to Rookie and settling back to cleaning her gear.

The song in question is Vox Populi ( [link] ) by 30 Seconds to Mars.
I really never heard of it before until I was going through the other harlequin competitors and found it on DFF's entry.
Such an amazing song when put with *Dark-FaNtAsY-Farms 's entry description. I awed..a lot.
