One of nine illustrations commissioned by Ignition Interactive for the Kick Ass comic/movie property which I worked on with `adonihs . I ended up having to do each of these in less than a day back in January, which was a real rush compared to what I normally do, but it was a lot of fun.In this one, someone accidentally broke a jar of raspberry jam, and it got smeared all over the ground. Cops don't like vandals, but realized it was no big deal, and decided to have some fun and draw chalk people.... I think that's what's going on anyway.
I have a few more of these to submit still, and some newer paintings real soon!

Incredible! but the only thing that makes this recognisable from a photo is a lack of details on hair of the closer cop. Even though they are blurred.

This is fantastic... such as the blood that indicates the body being dragged... and the footsteps away, indicating a second person, maybe the killer...
