Raqib, by first impressions alone, can be perceived to be a gruff, tough, and hardy man who has been through a number of ordeals. Indeed, he is genuinely the "rough around the edges" sort with a questionable kind of judgement. He can come off as lazy, as he doesn't like to work under the heat of the sun (thus waking up late in the day and finishing up his jobs before sunrise) and that he does as little possible. However, with the power of money, his greediness can overtake his laziness and amp his psyche to do the job - any job - well, especially if it is fun and piques his interest. If money could be a personality, that would be his. He doesn't bother with his appearance and nomadic lifestyle, thus appearing slobby and unorganized.
Despite his greed for money, his spending is well regulated and well utilized. He's resourceful, sound with his expenditures, and lives by the bare necessities of life. Where all the money goes however has yet to be admitted.
Raqib harps upon the idea of Vision, regardless if the goal is good or bad; therefore, he doesn't like dealing with wimps who whine and complain about their lives' direction as he definitely isn't the kind to do so. In result, he sees ideas and desires with a huge open-mindedness and will wholly accept vision if it is clear.
He shows tough love to those he finds that need it, but will praise you for every single bit of progress and growth, big or small, like a loving father. Raqib also exhibits a semi-sarcastic opinion about life overall, but genuinely cares for the well being of others.

•History:
Raqib was born to a nomadic tribe of relative poverty. They traveled through Mehrang, following the seasons that would be most suitable to the cattle they herded. While travelling, they heavily relied on trading; they mainly traded spices, goods, crafts, and weapons. As they were nomadic, he was used to travelling in small units, not settling in one place for too long, and people entering and leaving his life. Their tribe was smart however, in that they knew where the most fruitful and abundant oasis in Mehrang was located and kept it secret from those outside of their circle. Because of their finding and timing, starvation and thirst was never a problem for them. It was a very peaceful and efficient life, allowing him to be exposed to people around the world. He was also in charge of the money his family had gained through trades, which sparked his love for handling money.
As Raqib grew into his teens, he realized that within his tribe, not many were of his age. Although he got along with everyone, old and young, it felt lonely, and it was soon that he searched for friends his age outside of his tribe. The friends wouldn't last forever as the caravan had to keep rolling, but soon, it changed when a new Mehrang family had officially joined the tribe. They had a son who was a little older than Raqib, the daring and amazing Zaran, who was appealing in both charm and looks. Together, they both shared the love for money and thrived in furthering their trade by improving their sales and goods.
Zaran, however, felt that the tribe could sustain itself better were they to make concrete ties and bonds with a number of villages and began dealings under the table. His greed grew deeper overtime and his deals increased with intensity in both violence and methods. This wasn't disclosed to Raqib until it was nearly time for the tribe to travel to the secret oasis. The dealing Zaran had made this time was to reveal the location of the oasis to a local town's powerful czar in return for money beyond compare, and although Raqib initially accepted the idea, it quickly dawned on him that Zaran's vision had been fogged by selfish greed and that the czar was to abuse the fruitful oasis. His realization came too late, and the location of the secret oasis was marked on a map, as the way to getting there was obscure and specific. The map was picked up by a messenger sent from the czar, and Raqib, knowing this, was quick to go after him. Unfortunately, timing wasn't on his side and by the time he was able to steal the map from the messenger and forcibly burned it, he was caught by the czar's royal guards and thrown into the dungeon prisons. There he learned that the works from this town was very questionable as the majority of the prisoners were wrongly accused or were freedom fighters. By the time he got out, Zaran had disappeared, and his tribe, shamed from Raqib's action (which were framed as criminal by the czar), had moved on without him. Knowing there was no going back, he worked hard behind the scenes to free the accused after befriending them and overthrew the current czar. Until this day, some people find these actions heroic, whereas others, who loved the dubious guidance of the czar, believe it was all for wrought and never held back on calling the released criminals, including Raqib. The town they had turned over was small and in the outskirts, however his criminal name has spilled across some of the land.
Raqib moved on, just as he always had. The only ones who would interact with him now had trouble with their name, but they turned out to be the most beautiful people he met in the world. After five years of wandering, fighting, and taking on odd (sometimes fishy) jobs, his name no longer held a threat (but a price for multiple reasons), and his looks differed completely from before; no one could really identify him as he once was.

ASAM the Furret
•INFO: Asam was found as an injured Sentret when Raqib was seven years old. As they were a travelling tribe, it was usual for them to find and pass pokemon of the like as it was nature and it was believed they shouldn't interfere. However, Raqib secretly took him in anyway and nursed him back to health. Raqib promised his parents he'd let it go once the Sentret was strong enough to live on its own, but even when he did, the Sentret would still follow him around for another year, openly helping them out whenever in need. It wasn't long until Raqib gave him a name and that they became an unstoppable team. They're practically inseparable.

•PERSONALITY: Asam is the positive charge against Raqib's negative. Abundant with cheer and care, Asam's friendly snuggles are sure to make any grumpy person a happy one. Always helpful and cooperative, this furret is sure to get any job done for the ones he loves. His loyalty is only towards Raqib. If Raqib were to show hostility towards anything, Asam is sure to follow with the same hostility. He's also very curious, which does tend to stir up some trouble for the two, but it's all in good fun until they start getting in trouble.
•Additional Info:
- Raqib's biggest dream is to see the seas and oceans. All his life, he's been travelling on dirt and sand and absolutely wishes for a change of pace in his life.
- Due to their odd (and perhaps questionable) jobs, it normally results to a lot of quick escapes. Due to this, Raqib and Asam have no problem running away from trouble when necessary.
- As they're both not fond of the heat, they normally do their job late in the day or super early in the morning before the sun is overhead.
- The tattoo on Raqib's shoulder is his tribe's symbol.
- Raqib's height is at 5'11"
