Hello, I'm from Project comment to try to give you a constructive comment of... 300 words minimum.

Since it's my first try at it, don't hesitate to put me back at my place if get too harsh.

Alright on 3 : 1... 2... 3... GO !

First, since your creature is based of a manta ray, two problem arise :

One: the back of your creature is white like his front, while real life Mantas has a dark colored back.

And two : Mantas does posses dorsal fins, but they are small and at the base of their tail.

Those two problems can be overlooked since your creature seem to have evolved into a more predator animal than the Mantas, losing the need to hide, and needing more capacity to change direction. (even if a their usual tail and the diving flipper feet seem to be enough) The only other problem in design is the muscles ; a predator would need to be fast to catch preys, or to defense itself. I'm no specialist, but I think he need more power in his arm to be fast enough.

On an esthetic level, the only thing really odd to me is the hips... I don't know why, I would say they seem too large for the torso. Aside from that, the design is pleasing for the eye, and at first glance seem to be a fanart of some enemies of Aquaman, or Namor, or even some alien of an aquatic planet. A tail would indeed be fitting for such a being. While his marks are quite nice, they look more like war paints than mantas mark. But only picky people would complain.

Finally, your drawing skill are quite nice, but improvable. Since your character isn't in a dynamic position, the really notable errors I can find are simply a lack of constancy on how you draw certain elements of your creature : His left arm is thinner than his right. The head is larger on the drawing from the side. His left antenna is shorter than his right. He seem more muscular on the side drawing. And he miss his right antenna on the side drawing, when there should be its silhouette. As well as a feeling of asymmetry from the front drawing, especially at the head. But with practice and attention, those little flaws will be history in no time.

Alright... I think that's over 300. Welp, all I have left to say is that it's a nice design.
