I think that candy corn Rai should just be officially declared "the triumphant winner of all things Halloween." That would make me cry tears of joy, but sadly, I don't think I have enough power to declare that. BUT IT'S THE THOUGHT THAT COUNTS. RIGHT?

LOL I guess I was being a bit hyperbolas there, it was more like 10 minute I guess... BUT PFF, it was just a sketch of her face, and I draw that so many times that It's be sad if I can't do something decent in 10 minutes XD
not to mention this is all solid color so no time was spent on shading :T
