Description
Last year, David Kloke's replicao f Central Pacific 4-4-0 #63 "Leviathan" returned to the Bluegrass Railroad Museum to run excursions for the second year in a row. This time, the Lincoln Funeral Car accompanied the Leviathan, and was open for viewing. For 2016, Leviathan will not return, but instead, Lehigh Valley Coal 0-6-0T #126 will be visiting.Related content

I want to go back out that way again to see both Carson City and Virginia City.

The Carson City R&R museum has the Glenbrook narrow gauge wood burner now. I have photos of her in my train gallery.
As for Virginia City, I ride the V&T at least once a year to Virginia City, I love it. I always make sure to ride in the summer season to ensure either 18 or 29 steam engines are pulling. After October, the Diesel engines work the line except for the Polar Express for Christmas.
