Cheers.

Thank you, it means a lot to hear that!
Just observing and replicating really, I tried using tutorials but I found myself more engaged when I was just experimenting with it.Β
I was thinking of making a step by step showing my process, just have to work out how to translate the steps best.

No. go overboard. go WAY overboard. Don't play it safe. Go wild and experimental with it. I wanna see vibrant cyan in the darkest shadows.
It will be awesome let's do it.

Thank you! I've never actually played any of the zelda series but I had a few similar comments on this while live streaming.Β

I can see some weirdness on the left thumb, but other than that, Flutters looks like she's ready to do some serious wave ripping.Β And I can't help but think she's kinda hot.Β Must be old habits... Never mind.Β *deep voice* I don' wanna talk about it.Β I've beaten those nasty things long ago if you know what I mean.Β Aaaaaaaaanyway, outta that and into critiquing.Β The only thing that I can really see that's wrong with this is the odd shape on Fluttershy's left thumb, and the hand by her neck seems to widen the shoulders a little bit, but that's really hard to correct.Β And the angle is very unique, makes it look like there's more action there than just a simple stroll along the beach.Β And Fluttershy does seem to look like a real angel almost.Β It's a great piece.Β And I think I might use a similar technique to how you made the beach dress in some more pieces of mine that involve that sorta thing.Β Translucent clothes are really tough.Β

Yeah looking at it now I was going to go back and fix it, must have forgotten.Β
Thank you for the critique, it helps a lot for future pieces. I really need to do something about these hands though seems I've been painting too many marshmallow pony legs lately heh.

"This is simply divine!"
Seriously, I really mean it. This is so utterly gorgeous and artistic that it must be divine in some way o.o Amazing work making this! I love the poetry of the scene and the way Fluttershy is depicted, like a Greek (or Roman?) goddess, a lot!!
