"Whatever the case, he was always there - just before Jessie felt as though she'd fall apart - hugging her close enough to keep her together."One of my favorite lines from 's fic, "His Hugs" [link] .
I wanted to draw an illustration to it (so badly) ever since I read it.
I've failed many times, because -if there's difficult and complicated thing to draw- then that is a hug between these two.
It took me long long days to finish, and it's still far from perfect -but I'm very happy that I could finally draw it.
Hope I'm not the only happy fangirl at this moment.

I'm at work right now [on break] and I still have 6 hours of work left, so that's gonna be interesting considering I'm now officially on a major Buzz/Jessie high right now [obviously]. I can't imagine anyone who [i]wouldn't[/i] be after seeing this.

oh, gosh. How do you do this? Every piece just increases my love for your artwork. I love how her arms fit in the crook of his helmet, how she has to hang on him to be able to rest her head next to his. I love how you can see the strength in his arms as he holds her close, how his fingers fold themselves around her form. His facial expression clearly shows how much he wants to take whatever burden is weighing her down, and he knows that by holding her, he is doing just that. And her face...she's still distressed for whatever reason, but the peace/calm is starting to settle on her because of Buzz, and she knows she just needs to stay just like that for a while.

oh my goodness! This is the most adorablest drawing I have seen! I love it how you made jessie melt in buzz's arms. I t makes my heart melt with love! I can imagine Jessie running to Buzz and crying b/c she has been waiting for him all day b/c she feels cold inside.
