Psylocke is a Marvel comic character. Her name is Elisabeth Braddock. She's an X-men, a telepath who can meld with shadows. There's so much more to her. She's a very popular character.

I got the hair from restoredoll.com. It's called Plum Crazy. It's brilliant in person! The paint is enamel, the stuff they use on model cars. I'm not sure of the brand or name (label is missing).
