I don't like being vilified. I just don't, if someone even dares think about treating me like i'm the monster that's after them...they are going to find that they won't be able to sleep tonight.

I make mine in MS Paint and GIMP. In MS Paint I can do:
-Text
-Simple Backgrounds
-Sprinkle color to be blurred on GIMP
-Resizing
-Add graphics
On GIMP I can do:
-Text
-My smooth backgrounds
-Add graphics
-Resizing
-Blur, burn, or dogde
Basically. I may have missed a few things on the list. I usually use both programs for one stamp, but for this one, I just used Paint.
Generally, I make a certain size on Paint, and fill it in with a certain color. Then I save and open it up in GIMP, to make my smooth backgrounds. If there's a graphic I want to use, I usually put that in another layer. Sometimes I go ahead and add the text in GIMP, or in Paint. Whichever way is easier to get across a certain effect or to make it fit a certain size. Then I safe, "export" (since PNG doesn't support layers), and I have a stamp.
