We all know Annalise is a genetic freak much like G.E.O, and even if she isn't as much as a freak by comparison, she still has things about her that add to her personal freaky image. One thing that adds to her image would be her additional legs/arms, which are hidden beneath her lab coat almost all the time, with the exception of this picture showing them off.
The shredded remains of her coat lie on the ground while Annalise shows off the extent of her mutation, with her hair flowing behind her like a coat-tail of doom. Annalise may not be a bad person at heart, but there are times she needs to stand up for herself and to protect those that have suffered simular fates. (Having made a monster like G.E.O, she seeks to save whoever she can from cruel genetics to right the wrongs of science.)
Her appearance doesn't help her noble quest gain any popularity or interest, since most people run away or chase her out of town at the first sight of her pointy legs and arms. Maybe they all suffer from Aracnophobia, of course seeing something like Annalise's true form is scary to pretty much everyone.

You know what? I have that same fear too! I am afraid of Spiders(Including Tarantulas.)

Luckily I don't have a very strong arachnophobia, but I still get neverous around some spiders. But Annalise is not one of them.
Speaking of spiders, what spider do you think Anna is if she was a real creature, black widow maybe?

I really don't know what to say about this. It's a pretty good design on her under the clothes. And only the fact that you have a design on her without it places you at the small group of artists that actually does it

Looking down at people that blindly do things without considering if it's right or wrong, Annalise is more of a thinker than a fighter, though she has skills in both areas.

I wouldn't say it's all that bad, having additional limbs seem like a good thing to have, though I can think of one problem that could occur from having extra arms or legs and that would movement problems.
