Description Based off the Beloved Angler fish...
Took about 2 weeks.
Been working on this on and off, college and work have me swamped. Havn't been to motivated to do commisions even...hopefully that'll pick up soon. This started as a warmup piece for work but turned into a full blown black and white painting. Probably not gonna color it.

yes. you know how angler fish have itty bity males? it's the fish this particular mermaid is based off of.
