Short story here:

Years after the destruction of the D-Reaper the tamers are living their lives normally like many other sixteen year olds, except for Juri who is having strange dreams and blackouts followed by waking up to a scene of destruction in a short time later. It took the creative work of half of the Wild Ones and Hypnos to find the D-Reaper had left a seed of chaos inside of Juri to go off then take over if it were ever to fail. To make a long and dramatic story short the boys in the back of Hypnos had came to a solution that left Juri with her mind intact but her body the completely rebuilt ADR-01, which includes the ability to "disguise" herself as the old Juri.
This scene is a part when Juri is trying out her new body with nobody home, no parents, little brother or Culumon when Takato had walked into her room (the front door was open).
